Review these requirements before creating an account and submitting your abstract.

Abstract submission closes in Loading… 30 September 2026, 11:59 PM

Important

  • Abstracts must be written in English following the official template and should preferably contain original work.
  • Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission platform. Submissions sent by email will not be considered.
  • Submitted abstracts will undergo a preliminary peer-review process. Notification of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author by email.
  • Authors must indicate their preferred mode of presentation—oral or poster—in the online abstract submission portal. The final decision rests with the Organizing Committee.
  • A participant may submit only one abstract as a presenting author, but may be a co-author on other contributions.
  • At least one author of each abstract must register for the conference. A submission may be cancelled, even after acceptance, if no author has completed registration.

Please prepare your abstract using the official conference template. The Word and LaTeX templates contain the required structure and formatting.

Formatting requirements

  • The abstract must fit on one page, including references, tables, and figures.
  • Use A4 paper with 2.5 cm margins on all sides and no page numbering.
  • Use Times New Roman: title 14 pt, bold and centred; author names 12 pt; affiliations and email 11 pt, italic and centred; main text 12 pt and justified.
  • List all authors, affiliations, and the corresponding author email in the template format.

File and reference requirements

  • Submit a PDF only. The file must not exceed 1 MB and should be named Firstname_Lastname.pdf.
  • Use numbered references in square brackets. Follow the reference pattern provided in the template.
  • Figures and tables are permitted when they fit within the one-page limit. Include captions, and ensure figures remain clear when printed in black and white.

Online submission

  • Create an account, complete the submission form, and upload the final PDF.
  • Select your preferred presentation mode: oral presentation or poster presentation.
  • Review the uploaded PDF in the submission preview before confirming your submission.
Review and notification: All submitted abstracts will undergo review by the Technical Program Committee. Acceptance of abstracts for oral or poster presentation will be communicated to the corresponding authors via email. Authors can also check their abstract status by logging in to the delegate portal.
