Registration Guidelines
Complete your conference registration and track its progress through the CoMSAR 2026 Delegate Portal.
Registration process
Complete registration and submit applicable payment details or receipts by 31 October 2026, 11:59 PM IST. Acceptance notifications for all submitted abstracts will be sent by 28 October 2026.
- Create a delegate account, or log in to your existing account.
- Presenting authors must submit an abstract and await the decision of acceptance before proceeding for payment of registration fee.
- The appropriate amount of registration fee is to be paid after acceptance of abstract.
- Non-contributing participants are attendees or co-authors who will not present a paper, talk, or poster. They may register through the Delegate Portal without submitting an abstract. Click “Register now” to open the registration form, complete the required payment process, and upload the payment receipt where applicable.
- After completing the required registration and payment, delegates may open Accompanying Person Registration to register an accompanying person. Enter the required guest details, pay the guest registration fee, upload the payment receipt, and submit the form.
- Registration is complete only after the required payment process or attendance confirmation has been recorded in the portal.
National & Jadavpur University delegates
- Click the link for the payment of registration fee from the Delegate Portal.
- Pay the requisite amount through SBI Collect.
- Return to the portal and select Submit Payment Receipt in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
Payment verification
- After submitting the receipt, the status changes to Pending Payment Verification.
- Select View Payment Details from the dashboard to see the current status.
- Once approved, the dashboard shows Registration Complete and the official invitation letter will be sent by email.
International delegates
- Presenting authors should confirm attendance in the Delegate Portal after acceptance of the abstract. International attendees or co-authors who will not present a paper, talk, or poster may register without submitting an abstract.
- Pay the registration fee at the conference registration desk.
Note: Attendees or co-authors who will not present a paper, talk, or poster—including accompanying persons—should select “Non-Contributing Participant” under the Position field in the SBI Collect portal when paying the registration fee.
